At Madhavam Handlooms, every product is thoughtfully crafted to bring authentic Jaipur craftsmanship into your home. We carefully inspect each order before dispatch to ensure it meets our premium quality standards.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns if you receive:

A damaged product.
A defective product.
The wrong item.
A product with a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue for faster assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Used or washed products.
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.
Customized or personalized orders.
Wholesale or bulk orders (unless there is a verified manufacturing defect).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or UPI ID.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
